Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern Dime Dime Baby AI (the “Service”), also searched as Bby Wow AI. By registering, purchasing, or generating videos, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

2. The Service

The Service creates short AI videos from one photo of the viral Bby Wow party dance—called Dime Dime Baby on Spanish-speaking TikTok. You may choose Human (adult likeness) or Pet. Outputs use dance-ready generated audio; they are not an official filter and are not guaranteed to match any specific likeness or timing perfectly.

We are an independent fan-made tool and are not affiliated with Karol G, Judeline, Rusowsky, their labels, TikTok, CapCut, or Instagram.

3. Accounts and Uploads

Protect your login. You are responsible for uploads and how you use results.

You represent that:

• for Human mode, every person shown is an adult and you have permission to use their likeness;
• for Pet mode, you own the pet photo or have permission to use it;
• you will not upload minors, celebrities or public figures without authorization, or content meant to harass or deceive.

4. Payments and Credits

Credit packs are one-time purchases unless you choose a subscription shown at checkout. Credits are usage units, not cash. Features, models, prices, and credit costs may change; the quote shown before Generate controls that attempt.

5. Refunds (summary)

• Confirmed technical failures return the credits used for that task.
• Unused paid packs may be refundable within 7 days of purchase if no credits from that pack were consumed.
• A completed video you dislike (likeness, hands, motion) is not automatically refundable.
• Full rules live in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not request, upload, or distribute:

1. sexual content or NSFW material;
2. graphic violence or gore;
3. hate or harassment;
4. child sexual exploitation or any sexualization of minors (zero tolerance);
5. non-consensual intimate deepfakes or deceptive impersonation of real people;
6. copyright or trademark infringement without a valid legal basis.

We may refuse generations, remove content under our control, suspend accounts, or report illegal activity.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights in your uploads. You grant us and our providers a limited license to process them to deliver the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Platform software and branding remain ours.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as available.” AI outputs may err, drift, or resemble other content. Label realistic clips as AI-generated when you share them. Attach trending platform sounds only in ways each platform allows.
